1 table spoontomato sauce
120 mlmilk
1 tblsbutter
2carrots
1large onion chopped
For the puree
10large potatoes
1 tbsbutter
120 mlmilk
PinchSalt
1 tbsBlack pepper
1Egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 place in a medium pot and cover with cold water.set over high heat,add tea spoon of salt.cook untill tender

While the potatoes are cooking heat oil in a pan add ur meat n species cover and allow to cook

While the potatoes are done cooking transfer them to a bowl add butter,milk,egg yolk&salt then mash the potato untill smooth

Preheat the oven (200C)

Layer the meat mixture in a oven proof dish spread the puree over the meat mixture

Bake for 20-25 minutes or untill the potato is golden brown
