Steps

Make a cut in the middle of the brinjal and grease some oil over it then place it on stove in medium flame and roast it from all the sides. And cool it completely

Now after cooling femove skin of brinjal and mash it with the help of masher or spoon.

Now take a pan heat up oil then put onions and golden brown add crushed garlic then add tomatoes and mix well and cook untill it became soft then add all the spieces in it and then mashed brinjal. And mix well and cover it and let it cook for 2-3 mint.

Serve it hot with missi roti, bajre ke roti or normal roti.
