Cut fresh tomatoes,carrots,green beans,green pepper.

Parboil rice for 20minutes rinse it.stir fry onion,carrots,fresh tomatoes,green pepper,green beans in vegetable oil add salt.

Boil the rice add salt,thyme,curry,seasoning and black pepper.boil for ten minutes and pour in the stir fried vegetable stir in and lower the heat to boil till is done.
