Wash and soak rice 1/2 hour boil 70 percent add salt,tej patta and cinnamon.

Chopped spring onion green garlic and coriander.blanch peas. Blanch spinach and make puree.

Now heat ghee and oil add cumin tej patta,cinnamon stick and cardamom add spring onion white part.chopped capsicum ginger garlic chilli paste saute add spinach puree.saute for 1-2 mins.and add boiled rice. Mix well add Garam masala green garlic and coriander and peas mix well and serve.

Ealthy Hariyali pulav is ready to serve. Garnish with green garlic spring onion flower cucumber ribbon and promogranate.
