Ingredients

For poori:
1 cupmaida
1 cupsuji
SomeOil for frying
For pani:
1/2 cupmint and coriander dip
as neededSalt and rock salt
1 tbspjaljeera
1 tsplemon juice
ForAloo masala:
2potatoes boiled
to tasteSalt and red chilli
Few chopped green coriander

Steps

Mix maida and suji and make a stiff dough with water,roll out big roti,cut with small cutter and keep in wet towel,heat oil and deep fry poori until crisp keep aside

For pani,mix everything and keep aside.

For aloo masala mix all ingredients and fill in poori and dip in pani and serve.
