  1. Left over mashed potatoes
  2. Tindrained lentils
  3. Small chopped onion
  4. to tasteCurry powder
  5. 1egg
  6. Breadcrumbs
  7. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your left over mash, add chopped onion, curry powder and mix

    Add lentils, mix, add egg and mix everything well together

    Shape them however you fancy then deep fry for about 5-6 mins until golden brown.
