Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwater
  2. 3 1/2 cupssugar
  3. 1 1/2 cupslight corn syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Place water in a medium sauce pan and slowly bring to a boil

  2. 2

    Constantly stir in the sugar and let it boil until it all dissolves

  3. 3

    Add light corn syrup and stir it in

  4. 4

    Pour in a sheet tray no more than 1/4 of an inch thick.

  5. 5

    Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes. Take it out and crack.

Hello there! I'm Chef Reggie. I was raised in a household of cooks and good southern eating. I decided to jump on board the culinary industry to follow the path of my lovely Aunt Lisa Green. Many of My inspirations comes from chefs: Dominique Creen, Curtis Duffy, and Thomas Keller. My goal is to fascinate you with my creative ideas and having fun while I'm doing it. I'm a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary were I mastered in French and Italian Cuisine along with many other cuisine.
