In a bowl take the butter and crack the egg and beat well

Then add sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla essence and beat well

Add the ragi and wheat flour little by little add milk to it and combine well

The batter consistency must not be too watery and there must be no lumps

Now take the pan and grease it with oil and then pour the batter in a small quantity

After few seconds you can see pores, now flip it

And cook until it’s done

Serve it hot with honey and sliced bananas
