  • 500 gramcurd
  • 2 table spoonGulkand
  • 2Rose flower petals
  • Rosted dry fruits
  • 2 table spoonRose water

Steps

  1. 1

    Hang curd in a muslin clothe over night and transfer in a bowl

    In a mixer jar add gulkand, rose petals and rose water and grind it

    Pour in hung curd, add rosted dry fruits keep some for garnishing
