This is a seasoning that you can use to marinate any meat primarily pork shoulder . I guarantee that you will become obsessed! I love Puerto Rican food so much I had to make a sofrito . They usually use culantro which is very similar to cilantro but I couldn’t find it in my local supermarket .

  1. 1red bell pepper
  2. 1cubanelle pepper
  3. 1whole garlic bulb
  4. 1yellow onion
  5. 1whole cilantro
  6. Some salt
  7. Some oregano
  8. 1 tablespoonolive oil

    Wash all of the veggies and chop them up. Then add then to the blender. That’s it super simple ! Hope you enjoy :)
