Wash the fish,boumo,fried the pepper ingredient,put Maggi,curry nd other spicies,then put boumo nd small quantity of water for some minute,then put fish,onion nd spinach for pure minute.

Boiled the water,then put the gari in a clean container nd then foul the water on it,turn it until mould then serve wt stew.
