You would want to make everything with coconut if you’re from Coast! This recipe has a bomb different taste from the normal stir fry greens, and healthy fats too!

Wash and cut your greens to fine consistency, arrange in a pot with chopped onion, tomato and carrot.

Put on the stove and add light coconut milk while boiling with salt.
- 3
Turn as it cooks, after 5 minutes add the heavy coconut milk and let it cook on for 2 more minutes. You would not want to overcook your greens.
