  • Beans
  • Tomato
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Goat meat
  • Groundnut oil
  • Salt
  • Curry spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the beans and boil till it's done

  2. 2

    Wash the rice and boil till it's done.

  3. 3

    Make your stew sauce by adding groundnut oil in a pan, fry the onion and tomatoes paste and allow to get done then add your spices and allow to get done too.

  4. 4

    Add up your goat meat sauce to the stew.
