In bowl add wheat flour,add sugar, salt.mix it well

Then add little by little milk.mix it well after add water to make a smooth dough.after cover and keep it for 20 min

Then rolled it into small balls.roll like round shapes.In pan heat oil.put one by one poori.cook for 5 min in low flame.

Healthy and crispy milk poori is ready to serve.
