Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the unripe plantain and boil to soft

    Slice tomatoes, onion, fresh pepper and fry all together

    Add Maggi and salt during frying. After 5 minutes break the egg and add cover for 2 minutes and stir. Your food is ready.
