Pour a kettle of boiling water slowly to the pork ribs in a pot. This removes the pork smell out of pork. Set for 3 minutes and replace hot water with clean cold water.

Peel and chop radish into hop blocks.

Throw chopped radish into the pot. Boil with medium fire for 30 minutes.

When it’s almost done, chop some coriander and throw a pinch to the pot right before serve.
