Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboil white chole
  2. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  3. 1spoone salt
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspGreen chilli and garlic paste
  8. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 spoonjeera
  10. 2medium spoon mustard oil
  11. For puri-
  12. Wheat dough with salt and ajwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mustard oil in kadai then mix in it jeera.

  2. 2

    Then mix chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic heat on low flame.

  3. 3

    Then mix corinder, turmeric and red chilli powder.

  4. 4

    After that mix boil chole in it and leave for a 5-10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Your chole sbji ready for eat with puri.
