Ingredients

  • 250 gmboil white chole
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1spoone salt
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspGreen chilli and garlic paste
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • 2medium spoon mustard oil
  • For puri-
  • Wheat dough with salt and ajwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mustard oil in kadai then mix in it jeera.

  2. 2

    Then mix chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic heat on low flame.

  3. 3

    Then mix corinder, turmeric and red chilli powder.

  4. 4

    After that mix boil chole in it and leave for a 5-10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Your chole sbji ready for eat with puri.
