  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1 cupCream
  • 1/2 cupJaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak & wash the poha under running water (2-4 mins)

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl.Put a layer of washed poha.

  3. 3

    Now pour a spoonful of cream.

  4. 4

    Add 2-3 spoons of curd.

  5. 5

    On top,add jaggery according to your taste.

  6. 6

    Enjoy your JOLPAN.
