Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 1green pepper
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and add salt and black pepper

  2. 2

    Add oil to pan, pour in beaten eggs and start scrambling

  3. 3

    Add green bell pepper before the eggs set

  4. 4

    Scramble some more to mix in the peppers

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali
