1 bowlraw mango cubes
2 bowlssugar
1 tbsproasted masala powder
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspmustard seeds
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds

Add mango cubes and fry with salt and turmeric powder
3

As the mango gets soft add sugar allow it to cool.
