Steps

Take cashews, almond, pista and grind together.

Water and sugar boil together.

Add raisins and grind mixture in sugar syrup.

Keep the flame medium and stir the mixture for 5 minutes.

Add milk powder in the mixture and stir few minutes mix well.

Add saffron, rose essence, cardamon powder and mix it well.
- 7
Let the mixture cool down. The Halwa is ready to serve it cold.
