Seive the maida,rub it with the help of 150 gm oil or ghee.

Now knead it with the help of water.keep it a side for rest 30 miniutes.

Now in a Heat pan Roast khoya.roast it light brown.

Remove it from the flame.let it be cool.

Add sugar, dryfruits, cardamams.mix it well.

Now take kneaded flour.make balls From this.roll it out in circle

Fill khoya mixture in it.mold it like gujhiya shape.

In a Heat pan put ghee,let it hot.

Put gujhiya in it.fry it till golden in the slow medium flame

Remove when it gets Brown.

Keep it for rest.it can be taken hot or cool.
