Ingredients

  1. 2potato finely chopped
  2. 1 bunchmethi / fenugreek leaves
  3. as neededOil
  4. 2tomato finely chopped
  5. 2 tspginger, garlic paste
  6. All regular spices
  7. to tastesalt and red chilli
  8. 1 tspturmeric
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly clean and washed the methi bunch.

  2. 2

    Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it add tomato, ginger, garlic paste cook it for only 2-3min after add all regular spices and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes, methi mix it well.

  4. 4

    Cook it till them soft.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
