Ingredients

  • 2potato finely chopped
  • 1 bunchmethi / fenugreek leaves
  • as neededOil
  • 2tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tspginger, garlic paste
  • All regular spices
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly clean and washed the methi bunch.

  2. 2

    Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it add tomato, ginger, garlic paste cook it for only 2-3min after add all regular spices and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes, methi mix it well.

  4. 4

    Cook it till them soft.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
