Steps

Wash, peel and cut tomatoes into halves, also cut whole garlic and peeled onion into halves, place all of these vegetables on a baking tray; sprinkles black pepper powder, dry basil leaves, salt and olive oil thoroughly..

Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 220°C and grill it for 20-25 minutes..

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel,add chopped onion saute it for couple of minutes, then add chopped spring onion.

Add grilled vegetable, sugar, and cook it for a minute.

Add chilli flakes, oregano and cook for 3-4 minutes

Then cool it down a little and make a paste in mixer.

Again transfer the mixture in the same vessel, keep the gas in low flame,add chicken stock,add salt if required and cook it for 9-10 minutes.

Add grated cheese and put out the flame.

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley, Serve hot and enjoy.
