Ingredients

  • 100 grmssoji
  • 100 grms self rising flour,
  • 100 gem sugar
  • 100 gramsdesi ghee
  • oil for fry

    Knead the flour by mixing all ingredients

    Place it in cool place for 5 to 6 hour

  3. 3

    Cover it with cold wet cloth

  4. 4

    Make round shape biscuits

  5. 5

    Preheat the oil nd fry till it turn golden brown
