Ingredients

  1. 100 grmssoji
  2. 100 grms self rising flour,
  3. 100 gem sugar
  4. 100 gramsdesi ghee
  5. oil for fry

    Knead the flour by mixing all ingredients

    Place it in cool place for 5 to 6 hour

  3. 3

    Cover it with cold wet cloth

  4. 4

    Make round shape biscuits

  5. 5

    Preheat the oil nd fry till it turn golden brown
