Ingredients

  1. 1 packis Italian sausage (2-3 lbs)
  2. 3-4red peppers chopped
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 2 tbspchopped garlic
  5. Olive oil for sautéing
  6. 1 (15 oz)can crushed tomatoes
  7. 3-4 cupschicken broth
  8. 1 boxDreamfields pasta 13.5 oz
  9. 1 (8 oz)pack low fat cream cheese
  10. to tasteSalt and pepper
  11. to tasteRed crushed pepper flakes
  12. Fresh parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add sausage onto greased on sheet and cook for 30 min. Then flip and cook for another 10 min until golden brown

  2. 2

    Meanwhile sauté the chopped veggies and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  3. 3

    Add the can of crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and seasoning. Bring to a boil and add pasta

  4. 4

    While pasta is cooking dice up the cooked sausage and add in. The last 2 min of the pasta cooking, add the cream cheese to sit on top of dish to soften. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
