Ingredients

  1. 2aloo/potato
  2. 1/2 cupmatar / peas
  3. as neededsalt and red chill
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 2 tbspcoriander
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat oil add cumin,add spices and 2 cups of water

  2. 2

    Now add aloo,matar and mix well

  3. 3

    Let it boil for 10 minutes on low flameuntill both aloo,matar become soft and serve with paratha
