Ingredients

2 Cupbesan / gram flour
As required water
1/2 tspGinger paste
1/2 tsp Dry coriander
To tastesalt
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1 tspdesi ghee /clarified butter
1onion chopped
1green chilli chopped
2 tspghee for cook

Steps

All ingredients mix well for batter. And leave it for 20 min.

Take a tawa Heat it.Apply ghee after then place 2 tsp batter spread with spoon.

Light fry it.

Ready to serve with tea.
