Ingredients

  • 2 Cupbesan / gram flour
  • As required water
  • 1/2 tspGinger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Dry coriander
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspdesi ghee /clarified butter
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspghee for cook

Steps

  1. 1

    All ingredients mix well for batter. And leave it for 20 min.

  2. 2

    Take a tawa Heat it.Apply ghee after then place 2 tsp batter spread with spoon.

  3. 3

    Light fry it.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with tea.
