Steps

Take sugar and water into saucepan now heat it on high flame cook till the sugar become dark switch off the flame now pour into the moulds and set a side caremal will harden

On another hand heat a pan add milk,sugar,agar agar,vanilla essence mix it together and cook it on medium flame stir continuously when the custard become thick

Spoon this over the caremal and cover with the foil paper pour some water into the baking traybake this for 30 minutes and after that set into the fridge for 4hours. Now run the knife around the sides and unmould serve chilled
