My Nan used to make any mince meat dish this way and it’s always been my favourite

Peel and boil potatoes to make the mash top

Fry mince in small amount of oil and season with pepper and garlic then drain and put back in frying pan or wok add onion pepper etc and fry for 5 mins

Add a jug of prepared gravy granules I normally fill the jug and use about 6-8 spoons on gravy and add to mix

Simmer for 10 mins then add to dish and top with mash and cheese (optional) and cook on gas 6 for 20 mins to crisp the cheese
