I made these for my FIL's dewaniya along with some traditional Arab sweets with phyllo and a white cake. They were eaten all up so I guess they are good and not overly sweet. I used a different hot chocolate powder as it was the first one I found, the cheapest tea biscuits but I know they are eaten in that household anyway, the shredded coconut was soft and sweetened type, plus the keshta. I used about 1 1/2 times the recipe for a 9 X 13 inch pan. I may try this again and have DH let me know how tasty it is.
