Fasting boiled potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 1chopped green chili
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped or grated ginger
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  7. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  8. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  10. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  12. 1 teaspooncoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan put some butter

  2. 2

    Now roast ginger green chilli and cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Now add all the spices together

  4. 4

    Stir for 4 to 5 seconds only now add diced boiled potatoes

  5. 5

    Mix well at low flame

  6. 6

    Stay for 8 to 9 seconds

  7. 7

    Healthy potato recipe is ready
