Ingredients

  1. 500 mlMilk
  2. 2 pcsBread
  3. 1/2 cupMilk Powder
  4. Mix Dry Fruits chopped
  5. 6-7 strands (soak in 1 tsp milk)Kesar (saffron )
  6. 3 TBSP or As requiredSugar
  7. 5-6Cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk. Simmer the flame.

    Remove the edges of the bread slices. Grind the bread slices with cardomom.

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup milk and milk powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add bread crumbs and milk powder batter. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Stir it continuously. Now add sugar, chopped dry fruits, Kesar. Cook it for approx. 10-15 mins or till the desired consistency. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
