It was a very hot day when I visited my bestie's place. Her kiddo was enjoying kulfi and she offered the same to me. That creamy and flavourful kulfi was a saviour for me at that time. Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 2bread slices
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. as neededTutti frutti for garnishing

    Soak the bread slices in 1/2 cup milk.

  2. 2

    Boil the remaining milk and reduce it a little.

  3. 3

    Now grind the bread slices and add it into the milk and mix gently.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cardamom powder and boil it for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Turn off the flame and cool down the mixture and add tooti frooti to it.

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture in ice cream mould and freeze it for 6-8 hrs and enjoy.
