Steps

Grate the green part of lauki and discard the white part and seeds.

Now in a kadahi add ghee and add the grated lauki. Keep stirring till it becomes dry.

Now add the boiled milk to it. Again keep stirring. When it starts thickening add powdered sugar and Mix well.

Keep stirring b cook till it starts leaving the sides.

Now add cardamom powder and again mix. Cook till it becomes dry.

Now set this in a greased tray.Press with a spoon. Garnish with chopped almonds.

Keep in a refrigerator and let it set. After few hours cut into pieces and serve.
