Mash the chena,with the palm till very smooth and creamy.Then add flour, sugar, and put it in a slow heat, for 5 minutes only.Keep stirring continuously.

Now allow the mixture to cool completely.

Add cashew nut powder, rose water, 200gms of khoya, and mix well, till all has been combined together.

Make round balls(size of a lemon), or bigger,according to ur choice. The balls should be smooth, with no cracks,if possible. Now grate the rest of the 200gms of khoya, and roll the balls in it. It should b coated properly.

Serve, each ball with pastry paper, underneath it. Decorate the surroundings with rose petals if possible. This bengali sweet, should melt in ur mouth, for it's creamy texture.
