Cut cooked potato into small. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, and add just a spoon of chopped onion and add small spoon of dabeli masala. Just mix it and add potato mixture. Mix well then add coconut powder and sugar, mix well. Keep aside.

Take masala peanut and chopped onions.

Now cut bun from 3sides in half from middle and spred sweet tamarind and date chutney both sides. Now stuff 2-3spoonful of dabeli masala. Then put some masala peanut and onions. Heat tawa and spread little amount of oil. Roast lightly

Now roll the sides of dabeli into sev. Take a small dish and add sweet chutney, add some chopped onion and some masala peanut. Mix well and serve prepared dabeli with this chutney.

NOTE - I used dry dabeli masala so I used to add regular dry masalas, sugar and coconut powder. If are using wet dabeli masala then use 3-4tbsp for 4medium potatoes. And must test stuffing before adding all proportion of masala, then only add extra masala.
