Ingredients

  1. 150 gmgrapes
  2. 6-8bananas
  3. 25 gmtamarind
  4. 10Dates
  5. 1 tspNeem flowers
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 50-75 gmNew jaggery
  8. 1Raw mango Chopped
  9. As neededSugarcane pieces
  10. 1light green chilli sliced very thin remove seeds if required

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel bananas and soak tamarind in water,remove neem flower only white one and few buds from a neem bunch. Now in a bowl put all other ingredients one by one except tamarind water,neem flowers and chillies as shown in pic.

    Now mash a little all the ingredients and lastly Add tamarind water,neem flowers and chillies to mashed mixture..adjust taste accordingly.Unique chutney is ready to devour and it's very tasty.chill it for later to eat.
