4eggs
Melted cheese of your choice
Some thyme
Salt
Black pepper
1bit of oil

Steps

Slice the potato thinly. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.

Then lay the potato in a bake ware in circle.

Crack the eggs. Add some grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 20-30 minutes
