In a medium sized bowl put cottage cheese, refined flour, wheat flour, egg, salt, baking soda and sugar.

Now mix them using spoon, then add chocolate syrup and choco chips. Give a final mix.

Take 1 tbsp mixture and spread it on the sprinkled flour (refined/wheat). Same way spread the rest. Then sprinkle semolina over them.

Put some oil in hot tawa and spread it. Now place the syrnikies on it. Cook it properly from both sides until it becomes brown in colour.

Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and chocolate syrup. Now the delicious CHOCO SYRNIKI is ready to serve.
