Mix all the flour & suji in a big bowl add all masala & oil

Mix well curd,sugar & soda in a bowl & keep aside

Now mix carrot,cabbage & garlic & curd mixture and bind a muthia dough

Take oil in palm & prepare muthia & arrange in steamer plate

Now steam for 25-30 minutes and check if there is crack on muthia it is done
- 6
Remove and cut into pieces and heat kadhai add oil for tempering add mustard,sesame,when crackles add curry leaves lower the flame of gas and add hing and add all cut muthias cook till crispy

Muthia is ready to serve
