Mixed Veggies in Cooked Rice
Cooking Instructions

Take all ingredients with cooked coloured rice. Firslty used a handi or deep bottom cooker for cook rice. Soak rice at least 15 mins. After that boil water in a handi,add the soaked rice and some spices,kewda water and cooked in medium flame. When rice is cook well and looking separate,turn off the flame.

Now add both colour and mint leaves. Rice is prepared. Take a non stick kadhai, heat some oil, add bay leaf,jeera,chopped ginger -garlic,stir for 30 sec to 1min. Then add chopped onion and fry it translucent,now add all veggies & cook for 5 mins.

After that pour soya sauce,vinegar and mix it well. Then add cooked colour rice and mix it 2 mins.

Hot hot mixed veggies in cooked rice is ready for serve. Garnished with coriander and mint leaves.
