We went off to Marloth Nature Reserve to have a lovely weekend hiking in the hills. We rented the beautiful Cape Nature hut. There was a fire place and we made these delicious s'mores the night before we head out for some adventures. It was my type of carbo loading 😉 #loadshedding

Place 5 Marie and 5 tennis biscuits on a braai grid. These biscuits should not be broken.

Place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow on each biscuit.

Place the other Marie biscuit and tennis biscuit to sandwich the marshmallow and chocolate goodness.

Carefully close the braai grid. Some of the biscuits may break but don't stress. It will be glued back by the marshmallow. Place on above coals from what was a blazing braai. Make sure the biscuits do not burn by turning the braai grid when the biscuit start changing colours.

When the biscuit is golden and the marshmallow soft, remove the pockets of goodness from the fire and grid. Devour them whilst they are still warm and magnificent.
