These are just fried ravioli, great as an appetizer or a quick meal component. They got named by my 6 year old son though, so we call them toasty around here. Serve them with marinara sauce (either store bought or homemade) on the side. Christina -

Starting 2021 i am adjusting some of my recipes to meal prep and freezer meals see my bio on why . This started as a fridge clean out meal that you will read in my notes and converted this into a prep meal and freezer meal . This is the first recipe iam posting to my new style of cooking, but not all recipes will be prep / freezer meals bc I love cooking just not all of the time . I wanted a more easily way to cook and stock my freezer. Remember iam a lazy cook lol 😂 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Ravioli in Alfredo Sauce Ravioli in Alfredo Sauce
I had a family size bag of ravioli in the freezer that was forgotten for a minute. I forgot to thaw anything for dinner. Go me. Story of my freakin life. We needed a change from marinara. I whipped this together in the time it took the hubs to take the grandkids home, about 30 minutes. As my granddaughter says,”it was deeewishus”! This isn’t authentic by any stretch but it was really good. Also, there’s none left lol SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
Ravioli "Lasagna" Ravioli "Lasagna"
This is definitely the lazy girls variation of lasagna. This is only 5 ingredients total If you're using jarred sauce. I usually try to make a homemade sauce in advance for this, but even doing that it's still a very easy meal to prepare. It is so quick to throw together for a delicious, kid-approved weeknight dinner. Christina -

Ravioli with Meat Sauce Ravioli with Meat Sauce
Growing up, I loved when Moma would buy a large can of ravioli. I asked her why she didn’t make it from scratch cuz she made everything else she cooked. Her reply, “I don’t do pasta” 😳 she didn’t cook anything she didn’t like. She hated pasta of any kind! So, she bought premade stuff that my Daddy and I liked. Now, I found a shortcut to “homemade” ravioli. Sonya Bankester -
Ravioli w/ Meat Sauce Ravioli w/ Meat Sauce
My eyes lit up when I found this pasta machine in the store one day. Then I started thinking about making ravioli. I kept my eyes open for a ravioli cutter, but couldn’t find one. I found a “Ravioli Plate”. I want to stress that this is one of those items that you’ve got to spend the money on. I found that out after the fact. I was able to make reasonable looking ravioli, but I was left with a lot of extra filling. I ended up putting the leftover filling into the sauce. I feel like the ravioli cutter would be better because then you’re not bound by the size of the cavity in the plate. I was very upset that I couldn’t make larger, more packed ones. Nonetheless, I carried on. Live and learn. Fair warning: it’s kind of a pain in the behind to make this... but you’ll have the everlasting privilege of being able to say you made homemade ravioli. My grandmother used to make a soup that is so similar but of course as the case with most Italian grandmothers she didn't have it written down. So with some experimentation I've come up with a soup which comes pretty close. Its such a comforting soup and its perfect on cold wintery days. I serve with fresh Italian bread. Bridget
