Ingredients

  • 500 gmsspinach
  • 1 cupchopped vegetables
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1 tspgreen chillies paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add chopped vegetables and saute until it is soft

  3. 3

    Add chopped spinach and stir fry well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it gets tender
