Chholiya or green Channe is a seasonal veg.It's healthy with lots of vital nutrients.
Steps
- 1
Heat oil and fry chopped onion till light golden brown.
- 2
Grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies,add mixture in light golden fry onion and stir
- 3
Add masale,chopped coriander and some water stir well and cook on medium flame till oil leaves the pan.
- 4
Add soaked soyabean badi (you can add fry moong dal badi too) and green Channe or Chholiya,mix well in tadka. Add some water and cook for 10 minutes.
