Ingredients

  1. 500 gmChicken mince
  2. 1 tspBlack pepper
  3. 1 tspRed chili powder
  4. Bread slice soaked in milk 1
  5. 1Egg
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspOil
  8. piecesChedder cheese in small
  9. 1 tbspMayonaise
  10. sliceChedder cheese
  11. Burgers buns

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients into the chicken mince.

  2. 2

    Marinate it about half an hour

  3. 3

    Now make a round thick patty Place a piece of cheese in it and shallow fried it.

  4. 4

    Now take a burger bun add lettuce then sauce (mayo+ketchup+mustard)

  5. 5

    Then add patty onion ting tomatoes and thats it..
