Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1.5 cupsFlour
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 4 tablespoonCocoa powder
  4. 1 tablespoonVinegar
  5. 6 tablespoonsVegetable oil
  6. 1 cupWater
  7. 1 tspBaking soda
  8. 1 tspCoffee granules
  9. 1 tspVanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat ur oven and grease ur 8 inch pan

  2. 2

    Add ur sifted flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, coffee powder in a bowl and mix well

  3. 3

    Add water, vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla and mix all together using a whisk(or spatula) to make a smooth batter

  4. 4

    Pour into d pan and bake fr 25 to 30 mins or until fork comes out clean

  5. 5

    Let cool fr 10 mins, then remove frm pan and cool completely
