Ingredients

  • 500 gmarbi boiled
  • 1onion
  • 2 tbspginge rgarlic
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcurry masala
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix curd and besan keep aside

  2. 2

    Grind onion

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil,put cumin and saute ginger,garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion puree and all spices,cook well

  5. 5

    Add curd mix stir continue,add 2 cuos water,let it boil and now add arbi

  6. 6

    Cook on low flame and serve with rice.
