When you have leftover rajma, just mix few ingredients and make this delicious cheesy pockets.
Give a try to this fun recipe, that is perfect for breakfast or tea time snacking.
Steps

Firstly, take all the chopped veggies in a mixing bowl.

Add rajma curry, salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Mix well and keep it aside.

Now, take a chapati in a plate and place rajma and veggies mixture on the one half side of the chapati.

Top it with grated cheese.

Close it with the other half side of the chapati and press it gently.

Heat some butter in a pan on low medium heat.

Place the rajma pockets carefully, make sure that the mixture doesn't come out of the pockets.

Cover the pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

Turn it around and cook for more 1-2 minutes from other side too. Or cook till it turns nice crisp and brown.

Remove it in a plate and make rest likewise.

Cut into two halves, garnish with some mixed herbs and chilli flakes.

Serve hot.
